1 Sam 16:1-13

• What we see through the Old Testament =, when we see the Holy Spirit active in someone’s life, what we see is that, the Spirit Came Upon Them.

John 14:17

• When the Spirit came upon you it was for a specific God given purpose.

• The Holy Spirit brings super natural ability with Him.

• Just because you have the Holy Spirit, doesn’t mean you are perfect, or will even act perfect!

Ps 51:1-13

• In the OT you could loose the Spirit. David was concerned that his actions would cause the Holy Spirit to depart from him, as he had seen with Saul.
